A beautiful early morning on the river at Dittisham.
Today is the Dart 10k swim from Totnes to Dittisham and we have just dropped off Matt and Emile on Dittsham beach. They're entered for the third year (32nd and 28th out of 1600 starters last year!) They stayed on board last night and we prepared a very high calorie dinner for them plus they had the added bonus of fireworks over Dartmouth to celebrate the national rowing championships.
