We have just got back from a wonderful cruise along the SW coast. While the wind gods were less than helpful we did manage to fit in;
breakfast and dinner on deck every day,
a bit of sea swimming anchored off Burgh Island,
several dolphin encounters,
spectacular nighttime phosphorescence,
curious and noisy seals,
shooting stars,
simply beautiful scenery and skies while anchored on the Dart, Kingsbridge Estuary and River Lyhner,
sailing (and motoring) the dramatic coast in between,
As well as running the gauntlet of the Plymouth ferries and watching a destroyer leaving Davenport,
Not bad for four days.
