We start our Winter Dining tomorrow. It's all ready to go starting with our Spanish menu.

We have made a few changes for this season. The fixed menu is now three courses (the garlic soup is off for now) with a hopefully welcome reduction in price! The tapas starter has new dishes, the monkfish stew main is replaced by slow roasted belly pork with fennel, and the tarte de santiago gives way to a chocolate and membrillo tart with fruit.


Last year Muddy Stilletos reviewed the Spanish dinner and seemed to like it! Review: The Snark Winter Dining, Exeter - Devon | Muddy Stilettos We have been practicing all week to perfect the new dishes and I can honestly say it is very tasty and well worth trying.
