A couple of guests have contacted us to check that the Round Britain Voyage is still on. We are happy to confirm that despite the current national and international catastrophes it is still all systems go to start leg 1 on 2 June.
We are currently completing the new cabins in the hold, servicing engines and other mechanics, modifying and painting leeboards, checking and replacing rigging where needed, and many other precautionary and essential tasks. Most of these will be done by Easter when we are taking a short break before a final spring clean, touch up paintwork, bend on sails and clear the decks for a couple of shake down trips and finally moving snark to Plymouth for her pre trip provisioning!
Not much to do then.
