Chartering

Exclusive charters: celebrations, holidays and corporate events 

​

Capacity       We can accommodate between 2 and 8 people for a holiday charter.

 

                        We take up to 12 for a daytime sailing event and up to 32 for quayside events.

​

Availability    We have limited charter dates available during the summer season but in general Snark is available on the                            Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between holiday voyages.  Contact us with your preferred dates and we                           will let you know what we can offer.

​

Tariff             £600 / day all-inclusive rate for chartering the vessel and crew (either 10.00 to 10.00 or 17.00 to 17.00 )

                       plus £120 / 24hr. / person for accommodation and full board or £60/person 09.30 - 17.00 incl lunch etc. The                             minimum charter rate is £1080/day. VAT is chargeable in addition to all static events.

• The guest accommodation on board SNARK. see accommodation for details

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on board. see food for details

• Complimentary alcoholic beverages and refreshments with meals.

• Sailing and cruising instruction.

• Planned mooring fees, harbour dues, fuel costs etc. (also see Ts & Cs).

Extras can be arranged with prior notice 

​

• SUP hire (paid directly to the supplier)

• Art or photography tutor (paid directly to the supplier)

• Specialist naturalist/ornithologist guide (paid directly to the supplier)

• Use of water taxis and other 3 rd. party transport. (paid directly to the supplier)

• Additional celebratory food and beverages (champagne, luxury menus etc.) 

• Specially requested mooring charges.

Booking

To book exclusive use of the SNARK and secure your dates please contact us with your preferred dates and numbers.

 

We will advise if we can accommodate you or offer alternative dates and advise you of the cost. You will pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking.  You will be invoiced for the remainder which must be paid no less than 56 days before your event starts. Last-minute bookings must be paid in full. If you are unsure of the number in your group we can adjust this up until 3 days before the start of your event.

We will contact you no less than 7 days before the event to find out what daytime activities you want to include in your holiday.  Please let us know any special requirements as soon as possible so we can arrange any additional support and provisions.

Special requests

 

We will try our best to accommodate any special requirements you may have. Please contact us to make a booking if any of the following applies -

​

• Corporate entertaining or team building events.

• Access, sensory, dietary or other special needs.

• Un-accompanied guests under 18's.

• Parties or any other social events on board.

• Memorial celebrations including scattering ashes at sea.

• 3rd party services onboard.

• Press launches and filming including the use of drones.

Corkage will be charged for any drink you bring on board with our agreement. Contract caterers may be accommodated by prior agreement only. Self-catering is not permitted.
