Last night we served the final dinner of our 24/25 Winter Dining season. That's something like 75 services with over 700 diners, some of them for multiple times and almost all of them happy; well you can't please all the people all the time.
We would like to send our heart felt thank to all of those who supported us this winter, we know it takes a lot of trust to turn up for a pre paid set menu meal at a strange venue and we hope we have justified that. Without your custom Snark could not continue to operate commercially and we would have no livelihood or home!
Over the next two months we have a big project to undertake (more on this in our next blog) and the usual pile of maintenance and switch over work to do as well as getting Snark back to the sea. We will also be back to doing our regular weekly updates on progress and voyages; so do please click open and read our posts.
