And we are nearly ready, painting done (well almost), new bar, fridges, glass washer, waster water treatment plant, heat pump etc fitted (well almost!), licences obtained, supply chain established (well almost!!) promotional plan implemented (well some of it anyway) and most important bookings coming, in a bit slowly for now but then we haven't opened yet.

Our first week is a preview run in and we are offering complimentary drinks with each dinner booking. There are still places available so book now.
