Our ‘bubble buddy’ cruises are designed to help you escape from the stresses of the current crisis and enjoy the wonderful diverse scenery of the West Country coastline and rivers from your own fully crewed and all-inclusive charter boat. We love the contrast of an evening in the tranquillity and peace of a sheltered anchorage after the excitement of sailing Snark under full sail in a fresh breeze and we think you will too.
Our sailing barge Snark is based near Dartmouth, deep in the beautiful Devon countryside surrounded by woods and meadows, wild life and water (and a bit of intertidal mud !). From here we sail around the coast as far as the Solent to the east or the Lizard peninsular to the west, as well as exploring the many rivers, bays and beaches in between.
We are completely self-contained with two shower rooms, a fully equipped all-electric galley, laundry, freezer and generator and can stay off grid for most of the cruise only stopping in for water on the longer cruises.
This season we can only accommodate one single or linked household on each cruise. We are signed up to the Good to Go scheme to guide our Covid secure precautions. We allow a deep clean and decontamination period between each event and the crew live aboard and avoid unnecessary exposure to keep you as safe as we can.
