We are always looking at how to add more delicious dishes to our dinners. This week we are trying out some new Spanish treats; a mouth watering supa de ajo (that's garlic and chorizo soup with poached egg and crispy baked sourdough to you and me!) , paella de veduras ( below, calling it vegetable rice simply doesn't do the dish justice!). plus other favourites like our home backed Tarta de Santiago ( almond and oloroso tart with poached fruit and cream; yum)
We still have places available but the menu changes in two weeks and we won't be back to Spain this winter so 'book now to avoid disappointment' as they say!
