Our Covid-19 Response

There is no doubt that being in a good place mentally and physically and spending time on the water helps people resist and overcome infection.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to provide you with a safe and enjoyable holiday. We have registered with VisitBritain's 'Good to Go' initiative and  implemented it's procedures across the board. These responses are under regular reviews as the situations evolve.

  • Guests joining shared events must either be vaccinated or have a negative Covid 19 test within 2 days of departure and commit to minimising their exposure in the intervening period.

  • We undertake regular deep cleaning throughout, including all linen, towels and bunks.

  • Our availabilities are timed to allow decontamination periods in between events.

  • Our crew are fully vaccinated, long serving, locally based and from a single bubble

  • Pre boarding health declaration and regular temperature checks for all on board.

We have adjusted our rates to offer the best value for money we can for the 2022 season and revised our T&Cs to reduced the risks of you losing out due to late changes in government guidance. If we have to cancel an event as a result of government restrictions we will consider these to be 'exceptional circumstances' and give a refund in line with our Booking Terms. You should ensure your travel insurance covers you for cancellation or curtailment in the event that you test positive or exhibit symptoms related to Covid 19 as we will not refund in those circumstances.
